Cancellation policy
Ten12 Mentors plans are prepaid and do not renew automatically, so there is nothing to cancel to stop future charges. Here is what cancelling means and how refunds work.
No automatic renewals
Every Pro plan is a one-time payment for a fixed period: 1 month (monthly) or 12 months (yearly). We never charge your card, UPI or bank account again without you starting a new payment. When the period ends, your account returns to the free Learner plan and keeps your journal, paper account and progress, and you are removed from the Ten12 MacroIQ alerts channel on Telegram.
Cancelling a plan
- Before access starts: if your plan has not been switched on yet (for example a UPI payment still being checked), email support@tentwelvementors.com with your order reference and ask to cancel. We cancel the order and refund the payment in full.
- After access starts: you can stop using Pro at any time and the plan simply runs to its end date. Access is digital and starts at once, so payments for a period that has started are not refunded, except in the cases listed in the refund policy (a duplicate charge, or access we could not deliver).
- Renewal reminders: if you do not want a reminder before your plan ends, reply to any reminder email and we will stop them.
If we cancel
We may end an account that breaks the terms (for example sharing a login, or using several accounts to take the Ten12 Challenge). If we discontinue Pro or a major part of it before your plan ends, we refund the unused part of your payment.
Deleting your account
To delete your account and personal data, email us from the address on the account. See the privacy policy for what we keep for legal and tax reasons.
