Refund policy

This policy covers purchases of Ten12 Mentors Pro (including earlier Premium plans) from Ten12 Mentors LLP on tentwelvementors.com. Pro is a prepaid subscription to digital, educational software and courses. See also the shipping & delivery policy and the cancellation policy.

Digital access

Pro unlocks on your account as soon as the payment is confirmed, usually within a minute and always within 24 hours, together with your invite to the Ten12 MacroIQ alerts channel on Telegram. Because access is digital and starts at once, payments are not refundable once access has been given, except in the cases below.

When we refund in full

• You were charged more than once for the same order.
• We could not give you access within 7 days of your payment, or the order was cancelled before access started (see the cancellation policy).
• We discontinue Pro, or a major part of it, before your plan ends: we refund the unused part of your payment.

How to ask for a refund

Email support@tentwelvementors.com from the email on your account, with your order reference (it starts with T12) and the payment ID from your receipt. We reply within 2 working days.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method in Indian rupees (card, UPI, net banking or wallet) through our payment gateway, within 5 to 7 working days of approval. Your bank may take a few more days to show it. Payment gateway charges are not deducted from full refunds.

Coupons

Coupon codes, such as our launch offer LAUNCH25, apply to new purchases at checkout and cannot be added after an order is placed. Plans obtained with a 100% coupon or a gift voucher are not refundable.

Trading results

The platform is educational. Trading losses, simulated results, or differences between your results and any example on the platform are not grounds for a refund.
