Shipping & delivery policy
Ten12 Mentors sells digital subscriptions to educational software and courses. Nothing physical is shipped. Here is how and when you get access after you pay.
What we deliver
A Ten12 Mentors Pro subscription gives your account access to the Pro tools in the online workspace (Ten12 MacroIQ, Ten12 GuardX, the trade journal and analytics, and the Academy courses). There are no physical goods, and no shipping charges.
How access is delivered
- Card, UPI, net banking or wallet through our payment gateway: your plan is switched on automatically as soon as the payment is confirmed, usually within a minute.
- New customers: we open your Ten12 Mentors account with the email you entered at checkout and send an email titled "Activate your Ten12 Mentors account". Confirm your email, choose a password and log in: your plan is already attached.
- Existing members: the plan is added to the account that uses the same email. Log in at tentwelvementors.com/student-login.
- Ten12 MacroIQ alerts on Telegram: a one-time invite link to the private channel is shown after payment, sent by email and kept in My account.
- A confirmation email with your order reference, plan and access end date is sent to the same address.
Delivery time
Access starts as soon as the payment is confirmed, and always within 24 hours. If a payment needs a manual check (for example a UPI transfer with a reference number), we confirm it within 24 hours during support hours and email you when your plan is active.
If you have not received access
- Check your spam or promotions folder for the email from Ten12 Mentors.
- Log in with the email you used at checkout, or use "Forgot password" on the login page.
- Still nothing after 24 hours? Email support@tentwelvementors.com or WhatsApp +91 82870 21744 with your order reference. If we cannot deliver access, we refund the payment in full.
Access period
Monthly plans give 1 month of access and yearly plans 12 months, counted from the day your plan starts. Plans do not renew automatically; we email a reminder before the end date. See the cancellation policy and the refund policy.
